Each month we perform security tests, failover tests, and apply security updates to maintain the most stable and secure platform. These tests and updates happen at non-peak hours. Minimal impact is expected but during failover testing calling may be disrupted, service may take additional time to initialize, and cookies may be reset resulting in users being logged out of services like the webphone or portal. The overall window for disruption should be short but might affect each service.
